1. Overview
At Capital Bridge, we aim to deliver reliable digital products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, in compliance with applicable Malaysian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA).
2. Nature of Products & Services
Capital Bridge primarily provides:
• Digital products
• Data, analytics, and reports
• Software and platform-based services
Due to the nature of digital delivery, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
a. Non-Delivery
The product or service was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to a fault on our side
b. Material Defect
• The product is materially defective, corrupted, or unusable
• The issue is not caused by user environment, misuse, or third-party systems
c. Misrepresentation
The product delivered is significantly different from what was described
Under the CPA, consumers are entitled to remedies if services are not carried out with reasonable care and skill or do not match their description.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of understanding of product features
• Failure to use or access the product after delivery
• Incompatibility with user systems not specified in our requirements
• Downloaded, accessed, or consumed digital products
• Third-party data limitations (e.g. SSM data accuracy, external APIs)
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

• Include: Original Invoice and Receipt Number
• Order reference
• Description of the issue
• Supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
All requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
6. Assessment & Resolution
• Requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days
• We may attempt to resolve the issue before issuing a refund
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
7. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, Capital Bridge may issue:
• Partial refunds
• Service credits
• Replacement or corrected deliverables
This will be determined at our discretion, where appropriate.
8. Chargebacks & Abuse
Unauthorised chargebacks or abuse of the refund process may result in:
• Immediate suspension of access
• Termination of account
• Legal action where applicable
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Capital Bridge shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Capital Bridge reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
